# living_worlds Standalone native example. This directory includes its own shared launcher and Board. The Engine is resolved from the Component Registry; no sibling checkout is needed. ```sh python3 -m pip install Pillow numpy idf.py --preview set-target esp32s31 idf.py bmgr -c ./shared/boards/esp-mosaico/bmgr -b esp_mosaico idf.py --preview build ``` The Board hardware is generated from its Board Manager profile. This build produces a standalone native game application. Use Vibe to build a separate Iris installation bundle. Living Worlds currently requires S31 hardware JPEG decoding; BOX-3 needs a software fallback.
