# sky_hop Standalone native example. This directory includes its own shared launcher and Board. The Engine is resolved from the Component Registry; no sibling checkout is needed. ```sh python3 -m pip install Pillow numpy idf.py --preview set-target esp32s31 idf.py bmgr -c ./shared/boards/esp-mosaico/bmgr -b esp_mosaico idf.py --preview build ``` The Board hardware is generated from its Board Manager profile. This build produces a standalone native game application. Use Vibe to build a separate Iris installation bundle. ## ESP32-S3-BOX-3 Generate the Board Manager profile for this example, then build in a separate directory: ```sh python3 -m pip install esp-bmgr-assist IDF_TARGET=esp32s3 idf.py bmgr -c ./shared/boards -b esp32_s3_box_3 -a "$PWD/shared/boards/esp32-s3-box-3/bmgr_amend" IDF_TARGET=esp32s3 idf.py -B build-box3 -DIDF_TARGET=esp32s3 build ``` BOX-3 uses its own standalone partition table and does not install Mosaico Iris/Recovery.
