Board support package for the [Waveshare ESP32-P4-WIFI6-Touch-LCD-4.3](https://www.waveshare.com/esp32-p4-wifi6-touch-lcd-4.3.htm), an ESP32-P4 development board with a 4.3-inch 480 × 800 MIPI-DSI touch display.

## Hardware revision profiles

The display keeps a 30 MHz DPI pixel clock and a two-lane 500 Mbps MIPI DSI
link on both supported silicon profiles. The BSP leaves the DSI PHY reference
clock source unset so ESP-IDF selects the source matching the configured
ESP32-P4 minimum revision: PLL_F20M for pre-v3 silicon and XTAL for rev3.x or
newer silicon.
