Flash core-dump access (crash summary / report / raw ELF image / erase) plus a framed stream service for inspecting crashes over USB / WebUSB / Web Serial
Vittil: crash reports from ESP32 devices in the field. Uploads each crash's coredump (or a crash summary when the device has no coredump partition) to Vittil, which decodes it against the build's ELF.
